These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AtmaKoshe (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AtmaKoshe is a spiritual learning and self-exploration platform offering guided meditations, chakra and Kundalini content, an Akashic Journey practice, and related material. Content is presented for educational and reflective purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Access and payment

Core content requires a one-time contribution (processed by Stripe) or a valid access code. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; AtmaKoshe does not store your card details. Contributions unlock permanent access to your account and, except where required by law or Stripe's own policies, are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, share your account access for others to bypass payment, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Your content

Journal entries, reflections, and other content you create remain yours. You grant AtmaKoshe a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service back to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Spiritual and reflective content draws on various traditions and personal interpretation; AtmaKoshe makes no claim that any practice will produce a particular outcome. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtmaKoshe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
